Hi guys and ladies, welcome to my no frills website. Lots of information here about all kinds of stuff and also beautiful wood to buy. So..I'm gonna quit typing for a minute...go buy wood. : ) I specialize in burl woods native to the Pacific Northwest....mainly N. Calif. Redwood, bigleaf maple, manzanita and buckeye grows on trees around here...check out the index on the left for some pretty wood. Honest, it's really about how bigfoot got his/her name and the part my little mom had as part of the Bigfoot story. Okay, now for some news for my 948 best Facebook friends and some thousands of friends and acquaintences that I've met over many years here on this website. Sit down, listen, here goes.
About 2 1/2 years ago I tumbled completely out of bed, banged my head on a table, ended up in Mercy Hospital in Redding minus 14 inches of my very best colon. I know, more than you want to know. Turns out, Stage 4 colon cancer caught up to me and I've been dealing with it since then. Lots of you folks know about that but not all....I'm just wanting all you potential wood buddies to know. Today, 4/15/24, I had a Dr. appt. and got news that all my cancer innards put me in a hospice situation. : ( Who'd a thunk it but, a tremendous number of people have cancer, colon cancer #2 in fatal occurances.
